In this role, I managed various warehouse functions, including retail, wholesale, packaging, and distribution. My duties involved coordinating staff activities, monitoring performance, and implementing improvement strategies. Notable accomplishments include:

• Rapid promotion from Stock Controller to Warehouse Manager and then to Warehouse and Systems Operations Manager.

• Implementing a WMS that boosted productivity and reduced staffing requirements.

• Leading the integration of PVX (WMS) and Netsuite (accounts system), resulting in seamless management of core business processes.

• Managing the distribution of over 15k units daily and maintaining stock integrity of over 600k units.

• Successfully managing a warehouse move from 700 sq. ft to 36,000 sq. ft without disrupting sales or customer orders.

• Enhancing inter-departmental communication by introducing a hierarchical structure.
