Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I managed the day-to-day operations within the warehouse and oversaw the dispatch of goods to customers. Key achievements include:

• Setting up a new warehouse and implementing a Warehouse Management System (Order Wise).

• Training a team of one supervisor and 10+ warehouse operatives in the use of handheld scanners and new processes.

• Establishing new procedures to coincide with the WMS implementation, improving overall efficiency.
